When our client handed over this 1200 sq. ft. apartment at Neelkanth Kingdom, their brief was simple but challenging: “We want something unique.” From that moment, we knew this project needed more than just a fresh layout — it had to carry a story.

We began by stripping the flat down completely, demolishing everything so we could rebuild from scratch. With a clear canvas and a vision in mind, we blended modern European-inspired design with hints of Indian heritage, creating a home that feels rooted yet refined.

The Owner’s Bedroom – A Regal Green Statement

The heart of the house is the owner’s bedroom, designed to echo the elegance of an Indian Prince’s chamber. Here, a deep green theme became the highlight, adding richness and character to the space. The bold green walls are balanced by softer details and refined finishes, keeping the room dramatic yet calming.

White as the Foundation

While the bedroom makes a statement with its color, the rest of the home finds its voice in whites. From white stone to PU-coated finishes, the palette keeps the interiors airy, bright, and timeless. This restrained base allows every detail — from the alabaster sheet at the common wash basin to the single-tone painted walls — to stand out without overwhelming the eye.
